Know what is verified
AHCA records establish the active facility universe, addresses, license identifiers, status and licensed beds.
Medicare Care Compare adds overall, health-inspection, staffing and quality-measure ratings for nursing homes.
Every profile now shows the full comparison schema. Verified prices and lifestyle facts carry their source; unresolved fields stay visibly pending.
Consumer protection
Licensing establishes permission to operate; it does not establish that a facility is the right clinical, financial or personal fit. Use these checks before paying a deposit or signing an agreement.
Prices in this guide are leads for comparison and must be reconfirmed with the facility.
An approved plan does not mean every room, appliance or service has backup power.
The regulated inventory and facility profiles were retrieved from Florida HealthFinder on —. Life Plan/CCRC status is cross-referenced to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation’s Palm Beach County list. Current CMS data supplies nursing-home ratings and staffing context. A separate cross-source audit reconciled a 36-community independent-living directory against AHCA/OIR records and added nine non-AHCA records. Because Florida has no equivalent master license registry for independent living, those additions are a best-available consumer inventory rather than a regulatory census.
Blank fields mean “not yet verified,” not “not offered.” Ratings and license status can change; always confirm current information with the regulator and the facility before making a care decision.
